I am an experienced Conveyancer with over 10 years in the property sector, specialising in new-build purchases, part-exchange transactions, sales, and the affordable housing market.

I’ve built strong, long-lasting relationships with developers, brokers, and estate agents nationwide, which helps me keep transactions running smoothly and efficiently. I take a proactive, hands-on approach and pride myself on being approachable, responsive, and easy to work with.

I am also very experienced in handling transactions with extremely tight timescales, working calmly and efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines without compromising on quality. I focus on keeping clients informed and supported throughout, making the process as straightforward and stress-free as possible.

Outside of work, I enjoy keeping fit through regular training sessions – mainly to try and offset my sweet tooth! I also value spending quality time with family and friends and enjoy long walks in the Peak District with my Labradoodle, Maggie.
